The Storehouse Ministry

The Storehouse was founded in May 2000. We began with 5 clients and a donated room. At the present date we serve on average 180 families per month through support with food, clothing, counseling, and prayer.  We also are able to serve people in the community through Community Food Distributions, sponsored by Manna Food Bank. Last year we passed out 100,000 lbs of produce. We have several programs that serve different needs throughout the year. We give out food on a weekly basis. We have Service Works and Community Food Distributions during the summer months. Service Works is a program designed to help the elderly do household projects. We do household repairs, yard work, and moving. We also have our annual Blessings in Boxes which helps out disadvantaged families at Christmas.
